     Mary Paulett was the daughter of John Paulett, 2nd Marquess of Winchester and Elizabeth Willoughby. She married Henry Cromwell, 2nd Baron Cromwell, son of Gregory Cromwell, 1st Baron Cromwell and Elizabeth Seymour, before 1560. She died on 10 October 1592.
      Her married name became Cromwell.

     Henry Cromwell, 2nd Baron Cromwell was the son of Gregory Cromwell, 1st Baron Cromwell and Elizabeth Seymour. He married Mary Paulett, daughter of John Paulett, 2nd Marquess of Winchester and Elizabeth Willoughby, before 1560. He died on 20 November 1592.
     He gained the title of 2nd Baron Cromwell.

     Frances Ramsden was baptised on 14 June 1661 at Almondsbury, Gloucestershire, England.1 She was the daughter of William Ramsden and Elizabeth Palmes.1 She married Sir Charles Powlett, 2nd Duke of Bolton, son of Charles Powlett, 1st Duke of Bolton and Mary le Scrope, on 8 February 1682/83 at Duke Place, St. James's, London, England.1 She died on 22 November 1696 at age 35, from dropsy.1 She was buried on 28 November 1696 at Basing.1
      From 8 February 1682/83, her married name became Powlett.1 Her married name became Paulett.

Winifred Brydges

     Winifred Brydges was the daughter of Sir John Brydges. She married Sir Robert Sackville, son of John Sackville and Margaret Boleyn.1 She married John Paulett, 2nd Marquess of Winchester, son of William Paulet, 1st Marquess of Winchester and Elizabeth Capell, before 14 May 1571. She died in 1586.
      2nd Marquess of Winchester (qv).1 Her married name became Sackville. Her married name became Paulett.

Sir Robert Sackville

     Sir Robert Sackville was the son of John Sackville and Margaret Boleyn.1,2 He married Winifred Brydges, daughter of Sir John Brydges.2 He died in 1556. He died on 21 April 1566, with at least two daughters (Anne, married 10th Lord (Baron) Dacre (qv).2 He died in 1586), dau of Sir John Bru(g)ge(s)/Brydges, Lord Mayor London 1520.2
     He was Privy Counsellor (P.C.).2 He was Chllr Court of Augmentation, U-Treasurer Exchequer, Member of Parliament (M.P.) Kent and Surrey.2 He was invested as a Knight. In 1970 Mildred, married as his 2nd wife Sir William Fitzwilliam (see edn FITZWILLIAM, E) issue.2

     William Paulett, Viscount St. John was born in 1587/88. He was the son of William Paulett, 4th Marquess of Winchester and Lady Lucy Cecil.1 He married Hon. Mary Browne, daughter of Anthony Maria Browne, 2nd Viscount Montagu and Jane Sackville, before 17 February 1613/14.2 He died in August 1621.
     He gained the title of Earl of Wiltshire. He was styled as Viscount St. John between 1598 and 1621.

     Hon. Mary Browne was born circa 1593. She was the daughter of Anthony Maria Browne, 2nd Viscount Montagu and Jane Sackville.1 She married, firstly, William Paulett, Viscount St. John, son of William Paulett, 4th Marquess of Winchester and Lady Lucy Cecil, before 17 February 1613/14.2 She married, secondly, Hon. William Arundell, son of Thomas Arundell, 1st Baron Arundell of Wardour and Mary Wriothesley, before 22 October 1627.2 She died on 13 November 1692.1
      From before 17 February 1613/14, her married name became Paulett.1 From before 22 October 1627, her married name became Arundell.1
