     Lady Clare Rohais Antonia Elizabeth Giffard was born on 23 June 1944.1 She is the daughter of John Anthony Hardinge Giffard, 3rd Earl of Halsbury and Ismay Catherine Crichton-Stuart.2 She married Colonel Oliver John Martin Lindsay, son of Sir Martin Alexander Lindsay, 1st Bt. and Joyce Emily Lindsay, on 27 October 1964.1
     From 27 October 1964, her married name became Lindsay. She lived in 2003 at Church Farm, Beer Hackett, Sherbe, Dorset, England.1

     Captain Alick John Archibald Cubitt was born on 10 August 1927.1 He was the son of Major Hon. Archibald Edward Cubitt and Lady Irene Helen Pratt.1 He married, firstly, Rosemary Priscilla Gouldsmith, daughter of Thomas Cecil Gouldsmith, on 1 December 1956.1 He married, secondly, Jennifer Faith Gott, daughter of Lt.-Gen. William Henry Ewart Gott and Pamela Frances Mary Kays, on 30 June 1961.1 He died in 1983.1
     Captain Alick John Archibald Cubitt was educated at Eton College, Eton, Berkshire, England.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Royal Dragoons.1

     Mark Robin Cubitt was born on 13 June 1936.1 He was the son of Major Hon. Archibald Edward Cubitt and Sibell Margaret Norman.1 He married Juliet Perpetua Woodall, daughter of Edward Woodall, on 21 July 1962.1 He and Juliet Perpetua Woodall were divorced in 1984.1 He died in 1991.1
     Mark Robin Cubitt usually went by his middle name of Robin.1 He was educated at Gordonstoun School, Elgin, Morayshire, Scotland.1

     Stafford Henry Northcote, 4th Earl of Iddesleigh was born on 14 July 1932.2 He was the son of Henry Stafford Northcote, 3rd Earl of Iddesleigh and Elizabeth Susan Angela Mary Lowndes.1 He married Maria Luisa Alvarez-Builla y Urquijo, Contesa del Real Agrado, daughter of Don Gonzalo Alvarez-Builla y Alvera and Maria Luisa de Urquijo, on 20 July 1955.2 He died on 8 July 2004 at age 71.3
     Stafford Henry Northcote, 4th Earl of Iddesleigh was educated at Downside School, Bath, Somerset, England.2 He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in 1951 in the service of the Irish Guards.2 He succeeded to the title of 4th Viscount Saint Cyres of Newton Saint Cyres, co. Devon [U.K., 1885] on 16 February 1970.4 He succeeded to the title of 4th Earl of Iddesleigh [U.K., 1885] on 16 February 1970.2 He succeeded to the title of 11th Baronet Northcote, of Hayne, co. Devon [E., 1641] on 16 February 1970.2 He was a director of Devon & Exeter Steeplechases Ltd in 1975.2 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Devon in 1979.2 He was a director of TV SW plc between 1982 and 1992.2 He was a director of TSB Group between 1986 and 1987.2 He was decorated with the award of Knight of Honour and Devotion, Sovereign Military Order of Malta.2 He was a director of Gemini Radio in 1993.4 He was a director of Orchard Media in 1996.2 He held the office of Vice-Lord-Lieutenant (D.L.) of Devon between 1999 and 2002.2

     Elizabeth Susan Angela Mary Lowndes was the daughter of Frederic Sawrey Archibald Lowndes.2 She married Henry Stafford Northcote, 3rd Earl of Iddesleigh, son of Rev. Hon. John Stafford Northcote and Hilda Cardew Farrar, on 14 May 1930.1 She died in 1991.3
     As a result of her marriage, Elizabeth Susan Angela Mary Lowndes was styled as Countess of Iddesleigh on 14 May 1930. From 14 May 1930, her married name became Northcote. She held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Devon in 1951.1

     Dau of Luis de Urquijo, Marqués de Amurrio and the Marquesa de Zarreal, of Madrid.2 In 1652 Marquesa de Olias in Spain (created.2 Her married name became Pellew. In 1940 succeeded.2
