     Her married name became Courtenay.1 From April 1662, her married name became Dillon.1

     George Anson Byron, 8th Baron Byron of Rochdale was born on 30 June 1818 at Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England.3 He was the son of Admiral George Anson Byron, 7th Baron Byron of Rochdale and Elizabeth Mary Chandos-Pole.2 He married Lucy Elizabeth Jane Wescomb, daughter of Reverend William Wescomb and Jane Douglas, on 3 August 1843 at St. George's Church, St. George Street, Hanover Square, London, England.3 He died on 28 November 1870 at age 52 at Thrumpton Hall, Nottinghamshire, England, without issue.3 He was buried on 3 December 1870 at Thrumpton, Nottinghamshire, England.3 He died intestate and his estate was administered on 3 February 1871, at under £800.3
     George Anson Byron, 8th Baron Byron of Rochdale gained the rank of Captain in 1842 in the service of the 19th Foot.3 He succeeded to the title of 8th Baron Byron of Rochdale, co. Lancaster [E., 1643] on 1 March 1868.1
