     Hon. Edward Frederic Northcote was born on 29 July 1934.2 He was the son of Henry Stafford Northcote, 3rd Earl of Iddesleigh and Elizabeth Susan Angela Mary Lowndes.1,2 He married Vivien Sheena Hornby, daughter of Colonel Robert John Augustine Hornby and Barbara Jean Bruce, on 29 June 1963.1 He and Vivien Sheena Hornby were divorced in 1980.1 He died on 12 November 2006 at age 72.3
     He was educated at Downside School, Bath, Somerset, EnglandG.2 He graduated from Trinity College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, in 1956 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)2 He was registered as a Associate, Institute of Cost and Works Accountants (A.C.W.A.) in 1961.2 He graduated from Trinity College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, in 1961 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)2 He was appointed Fellow, Royal Statistical Society (F.S.S.)2 He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)1 He was Principal with the Treasury between 1969 and 1971.2 He gained the rank of Major in the Intelligence Corps (Territorial Army Volunteer Reserve.)2 He lived in 2003 at Flat 38, Westmore Court, Carlton Drive, London, EnglandG.2

     From 29 April 1967, her married name became Bootes-Johns. From 1 December 1994, her married name became Fick. She lived in 2003 at Sydney, New South Wales, AustraliaG.1
