Sir John Henry Pelly, 1st Bt. was born on 31 March 1777.1 He was the son of Henry Hinde Pelly and Sally Hitchen.2 He married Emma Boulton, daughter of Henry Boulton, on 13 July 1807.3 He died on 13 August 1852 at age 75.4
