     She was also known as Winifride Rich.¹ Her married name became North. Her married name became Dudley.²

     Francis North, 2nd Baron of Guilford was born on 14 December 1673.³ He was the son of Francis North, 1st Baron of Guilford and Lady Frances Pope.⁴ He married, firstly, Hon. Elizabeth Greville, daughter of Fulke Greville, 5th Baron Brooke of Beauchamps Court and Sarah Dashwood, on 25 February 1694/95.³ He married, secondly, Alicia Brownlow, daughter of Sir John Brownlow, 3rd Bt. and Alice Sherard, circa 8 July 1703.¹ He died on 17 October 1729 at age 55.³
     He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England.³ He succeeded to the title of 2nd Baron of Guilford, co. Surrey [E., 1683] on 5 September 1685.³ He was educated at Trinity College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.³ He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of Essex between 1703 and 1705.³ He was invested as a Privy Counsellor (P.C.) in 1712.³ He held the office of a Lord of Trade from 1712 to 1713.³ He held the office of First Lord of Trade from 1713 to 1714.³

     Alicia Brownlow was born in 1684.¹ She was the daughter of Sir John Brownlow, 3rd Bt. and Alice Sherard.¹ She married Francis North, 2nd Baron of Guilford, son of Francis North, 1st Baron of Guilford and Lady Frances Pope, circa 8 July 1703.¹ She died on 22 August 1727.¹
      From circa 8 July 1703, her married name became North.¹ She succeeded to the title of Baroness of Guilford circa 8 July 1703.
