     Dorothy North was born circa 1605.1 She was the daughter of Dudley North, 3rd Lord North and Frances Brocket.1 She married, firstly, Richard Lennard, 13th Lord Dacre, son of Sir Henry Lennard, 12th Lord Dacre and Chrysogona Baker, on 4 January 1624/25.1 She married, secondly, Challoner Chute on 28 October 1650.1 She died on 21 April 1698.1
      From 4 January 1624/25, her married name became Lennard. From 28 October 1650, her married name became Chute.

Dudley North, 3rd Lord North

     Dudley North, 3rd Lord North was baptised on 18 September 1582.1 He was the son of Sir John North and Dorothy Dale.2 He married Frances Brocket, daughter of Sir John Brocket, between 22 November 1600 and 28 November 1600.2 He died on 16 January 1665/66 at age 83.2
     He was educated at Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.2 He held the office of Lieutenant of Cambridgeshire.2 He was a Parliamentarian during the Civil War.2 He succeeded to the title of 3rd Lord North [E., 1554] on 3 December 1660.2
