     Mary Johnston was the daughter of David Johnston.2 She married Charles Maitland, son of Captain Hon. Frederick Lewis Maitland of Rankeillour and Margaret Dick, on 26 August 1794.1 She died on 11 June 1824.1
     Her married name became Maitland.

     Captain Hon. Frederick Lewis Maitland of Rankeillour was born on 19 June 1730.2 He was the son of Charles Maitland, 6th Earl of Lauderdale and Lady Elizabeth Ogilvy.2 He married Margaret Dick, daughter of James Dick, on 27 August 1767.2 He died on 16 December 1786 at age 56.2
     Captain Hon. Frederick Lewis Maitland of Rankeillour gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Royal Navy.1 He had two other daughters.2

     Margaret Dick was the daughter of James Dick.1 She married Captain Hon. Frederick Lewis Maitland of Rankeillour, son of Charles Maitland, 6th Earl of Lauderdale and Lady Elizabeth Ogilvy, on 27 August 1767.1 She died in April 1825.1

     Dora Agnes Caroline Turnor was the daughter of Christopher Turnor.1 She married Benjamin Bloomfield Trench, son of Henry Trench and Hon. Georgina Mary Amelia Bloomfield, on 25 July 1889.1 She died on 7 April 1899.1
     From 25 July 1889, her married name became Trench.1
