     Christopher Simon Andrew Sykes was born on 23 July 1948.2 He is the son of Sir Mark Tatton Richard Tatton-Sykes, 7th Bt. and Virginia Gilliat.1,2 He married Belinda Susan Mary Giles, daughter of Frank Thomas Robertson Giles and Lady Katharine Pamela Sackville, on 25 September 1982 at Church of St. Michael and All Angels, Withyham, Sussex, EnglandG.3,4 He and Belinda Susan Mary Giles were divorced in 1997.5
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.2 He was a photographer and author (writer-presenter ‘Upper Crust' six-part BBC2 TV series on country-house cookery, also The Big House, the story of a country house and its family ) in 2004.2

     Major Leopold Alfred McClintock was born on 7 September 1853 at 2D Gardiners Place, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.1 He was the son of Dr. Alfred Henry McClintock and Frances Cuppaidge.1 He was baptised on 30 September 1853.1 He married Jane Bunbury Moore, daughter of John Louis Moore, on 1 March 1881.1 He married Harriet Alice Franklin Price, daughter of Sir John Frederick Price and Alice Phillips, in 1892.2 He died on 19 February 1933 at age 79 at St. Thomas, Devon, England.3
     He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Horse Artillery.2
