     George Theodore Gregorie was born on 1 August 1758 at Douglas, Isle of ManG.1 He was the son of David Gregorie and Anne Macaulay.1 He married Susan Christian, daughter of John James Christian and Alicia Curphey, on 27 July 1789 at Oostende, BelgiumG.1 He died in 1823 at Oostende, BelgiumG.1
     He was awarded the Chevalier, Ordre national de la Légion d'honneur.1 He held the office of Dutch Consul at Ostend, Belgium.1

     Frances Emily Hall was born in 1829 at Dunglass, East Lothian, ScotlandG.2 She was the daughter of Captain Basil Hall and Margaret Hunter.3 She married Alfred Christian, son of Samuel Christian and Georgette Susan Gregorie, on 5 May 1855.1 She died on 3 April 1905.1
     From 5 May 1855, her married name became Christian.

     He was an author.2 He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.1

     From 1 March 1825, her married name became Hall.
