Hon. Mary Anne Cokayne1

     Hon. Mary Anne Cokayne was born on 11 December 1781.2 She was the daughter of Hon. William Cokayne and Barbara Hill.1,2 She married William Adams on 6 April 1811.2 She died on 16 June 1873 at age 91.2
     Her married name became Adams. On 4 September 1838 she was granted the presidency of a daughter of a Viscount, by Royal Warrant.1

Brien Ibrican Cokayne, 1st Baron Cullen of Ashbourne1

     Brien Ibrican Cokayne, 1st Baron Cullen of Ashbourne was born on 12 July 1864.1 He was the son of George Edward Cokayne and Mary Dorothea Gibbs.1 He married Grace Margaret Marsham, daughter of Rev. Hon. John Marsham and Penelope Jane Hume, on 29 September 1904.1 He died on 3 November 1932 at age 68.1
     He was partner of Anthony Gibbs and Sons.1 He was a director of the Bank of England in 1902.1 He held the office of Lieutenant of the City of London.1 He was Deputy-Governor of the Bank of England between 1915 and 1918.1 He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the British Empire (K.B.E.) in 1917.1 He was awarded the Grand Cordon of the Sacred Treasure of Japan.1 He held the office of Governor of the Bank of England between 1918 and 1920.1 He was awarded the Order of Leopold of Belgium.1 He was created 1st Baron Cullen of Ashbourne, of Roehampton, co. Surrey [U.K.] on 21 April 1920.1

Hon. William Cokayne1

     Hon. William Cokayne was born on 16 April 1756.2 He was the son of Charles Cokayne, 5th Viscount Cullen and Sophia Baxter.1,2 He married Barbara Hill, daughter of George Hill and Ann Barbara Medlycott, on 11 October 1777.2 He died on 8 October 1809 at age 53.2
     He was Comptroller of the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland's Household in 1790.2 He held the office of Governor of Limerick Castle.2

Barbara Hill1

     Barbara Hill was the daughter of George Hill and Ann Barbara Medlycott.1 She married Hon. William Cokayne, son of Charles Cokayne, 5th Viscount Cullen and Sophia Baxter, on 11 October 1777.1 She died on 2 June 1838.1
     Her married name became Cokayne. In 1802 her name was legally changed to Barbara Medlycott under the terms of her grandfather, Thomas Medlycott's will.1

     Charles Cokayne, 5th Viscount Cullen was born on 2 September 1710.2 He was the son of Charles Cokayne, 4th Viscount Cullen and Anne Warren.2 He married, firstly, Anne Warren, daughter of Borlase Warren and Anne (?), on 18 April 1732.2 He married, secondly, Sophia Baxter, daughter of John Baxter, on 16 December 1754.2 He died on 7 June 1802 at age 91.2
     He succeeded as the 5th Baron Cullen, co. Tipperary [I., 1642] on 6 April 1716.2 He succeeded as the 5th Viscount Cullen, co. Tipperary [I., 1642] on 6 April 1716.2 He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.2

     Her married name became Cokayne.
