     George Grey, 2nd Earl of Kent was the son of Edmund Grey, 1st Earl of Kent and Lady Catherine Percy.2,3 He married, firstly, Lady Anne Woodville, daughter of Richard Wydevill, 1st Earl Rivers and Jacquetta de Luxembourg, after 1483.4 He married, secondly, Lady Catherine Herbert, daughter of William Herbert, 1st Earl of Pembroke and Anne Devereux, before 1 October 1490.5 He died on 21 December 1503.4 He was also reported to have died on 16 December 1503.6
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Huntingdonshire in 1480.6 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Northamptonshire in 1480.6 He was appointed Knight, Order of the Bath (K.B.) in 1483.6 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Bedfordshire in 1483.6 He fought in the Battle of Stoke in 1487, for King Henry VII.6 He succeeded as the 2nd Earl of Kent [E., 1465] on 22 May 1490.3 He succeeded as the 5th Baron Grey, of Ruthin [E., 1325] on 22 May 1490.3 He gained the rank of Commander in 1491 in the Emperor Maximilian's forces in France.3 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Buckinghamshire in 1494.6 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Kent in 1496.6 He fought in the Battle of Blackheath in 1497, against the rebels.6 He was Commander of the forces against the Cornishman uprising.3

     Arthur Grey, 14th Baron Grey (of Wilton) was born in 1536.2 He was the son of William Grey, 13th Baron Grey (of Wilton) and Lady Mary Somerset.3 He married, firstly, Dorothy la Zouche, daughter of Richard la Zouche, 9th Baron Zouche (of Haryngworth), circa 1553.2 He married, secondly, Jane Sibella Morrison, daughter of Sir Richard Morrison and Bridget Hussey, after 1572.1 He died on 14 October 1593.2
     He campaigned with his father in France and Scotland.2 He was appointed Knight in 1560.2 He succeeded as the 14th Baron Grey, of Wilton [E., 1295] on 15 December 1562.3 He was a keen Protestant.2 He was appointed Knight, Order of the Garter (K.G.) in 1572.2 He held the office of Lord Deputy [Ireland] between 1580 and 1582.1
