     Sir Philip Cooke was born in 1454 at Gidea Hall, Romford, Essex, England.1 He was the son of Sir Thomas Cooke and Elizabeth Malpas.1 He married Elizabeth Belknap, daughter of Henry Belknap and Margaret Knollys, in 1472 at Gidea Hall, Romford, Essex, England.2 He died on 17 June 1497.2

     Margaret Carey was the daughter of Henry Carey, 1st Baron Hunsdon of Hunsdon.1 She married Sir Edward Hoby, son of Sir Thomas Hoby and Elizabeth Cooke.1 She died in 1605.1
     Her married name became Hoby.1

     Charles Weston, 3rd Earl of Portland was born in 1639.1 He was the son of Jerome Weston, 2nd Earl of Portland and Lady Frances Stewart.1 He died on 3 June 1665, killed in action, unmarried.1
     He gained the title of 3rd Earl of Portland. He fought in the Battle of the Texel on 3 June 1665.1

     Thomas Weston, 4th Earl of Portland was born in 1609.1 He was the son of Richard Weston, 1st Earl of Portland and Frances Waldegrave.1 He married Hon. Anne Boteler, daughter of John Boteler, 1st Baron Boteler of Brantfield and Elizabeth Villiers, in 1667.1 He died in 1688, without issue.1
     He gained the title of 4th Earl of Portland.
