Hon. Isabella Byron was born on 10 November 1721.3 She was the daughter of William Byron, 4th Baron Byron of Rochdale and Hon. Frances Berkeley.2 She married, firstly, Henry Howard, 4th Earl of Carlisle, son of Charles Howard, 3rd Earl of Carlisle and Lady Anne de Vere Capell, on 8 June 1743 at Grosvenor Square, St. George Hanover Square, London, England.3 She married, secondly, Sir William Musgrave, 6th Bt. on 10 December 1759 at St. Margaret's Church, Westminster, London, England.3 She died on 22 January 1795 at age 73.1

Dudley Ryder, 2nd Earl of Harrowby was born on 19 May 1798.1 He was the son of Dudley Ryder, 1st Earl of Harrowby and Lady Susan Leveson-Gower.1 He married Lady Frances Stuart, daughter of John Stuart, 1st Marquess of the County of Bute and Frances Coutts, on 15 September 1823.2 He died on 19 November 1882 at age 84.1
