     Theodora Amelia Mary Spencer was the daughter of Rt. Rev. George John Trevor Spencer and Harriet Hobhouse.1 She was born circa 1824. She married Hatley Frere, son of John Hatley Frere and Merian Martin, on 22 September 1840.1 She died on 28 May 1848.1
     From 22 September 1840, her married name became Frere.

     Hatley Frere was in the Madras Civil Service.1

Lady Diana, Viscountess St. John

     Lady Diana Spencer was born in 1734. She was the daughter of Lt.-Gen. Charles Spencer, 3rd Duke of Marlborough and Hon. Elizabeth Trevor.1 She married, firstly, Frederick St. John, 2nd Viscount Bolingbroke, son of John St. John, 2nd Viscount St. John and Anne Furnese, on 8 September 1757 at Harbledown, Kent, England.3 She and Frederick St. John, 2nd Viscount Bolingbroke were divorced on 10 March 1768 by Act of Parliament, with the cause being her criminal conversion with Topham Beauclerk (whom she then married).3 She married, secondly, Topham Beauclerk, son of Lord Sydney Beauclerk and Mary Norris, on 12 March 1768 at St. George's Church, St. George Street, Hanover Square, London, England.3 She died on 1 August 1808.3
     As a result of her marriage, Lady Diana Spencer was styled as Viscountess St. John on 8 September 1757. From 8 September 1757, her married name became St. John. She held the office of Lady of the Bedchamber to Queen Charlotte between 1762 and 1768.3 From 12 March 1768, her married name became Beauclerk.
