     Vera Mary Cook was born on 15 February 1899.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Herbert Frederick Cook, 3rd Bt. and Hon. Mary Hood.² She married, firstly, George Mervyn Anstey Hamilton-Fletcher on 12 April 1921.¹ She and George Mervyn Anstey Hamilton-Fletcher were divorced in 1938.¹ She married, secondly, Major Dudley Claud Douglas Ryder, son of Cyril John Ryder and Lady Isobel Frances Ulrica Iris Hamilton, on 14 October 1938.¹ She died in 1980.³
     From 12 April 1921, her married name became Hamilton-Fletcher. Her married name became Ryder.

     Sir Herbert Frederick Cook, 3rd Bt. was born on 18 November 1868.³ He is the son of Sir Frederick Lucas Cook, 2nd Bt. and Mary Anne Elizabeth Cotton.² He married Hon. Mary Hood, daughter of Arthur Wellington Alexander Nelson Hood, 2nd Viscount Bridport of Cricket St. Thomas and Lady Maria Georgiana Julia Fox-Strangways, on 21 April 1898.¹ He died on 4 May 1939 at age 70.³
     Sir Herbert Frederick Cook, 3rd Bt. was educated at Harrow School, Harrow on the Hill, London, England.³ He graduated from Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.).³ He was a practising barrister.³ He was trustee of the National Portrait Gallery between 1916 and 1930.³ He succeeded to the title of 3rd Baronet Cook, of Doughty House, Richmond, Surrey [U.K., 1886] on 21 May 1920.³ He was trustee of the National Gallery between 1923 and 1930.³ He succeeded to the title of 3° Visconde de Monserrate, Cintra [Portugal] on 21 May 1930.³ He was chairman of Cook, Son & Company (St Paul's) Ltd.³ He wrote the book Giorgione, Reviews and Appreciations, and other works on art criticism, published 1931.³

     Beatrice Mary Caroline Wareham is the daughter of George Austin Wareham.¹ She married Jack Lionel Ward, son of Noel Edward Ward and Jessie Mabel Wood, on 1 February 1939.¹
     From 1 February 1939, her married name became Ward.¹ She lived in 1999 at Hope Cottage, Church Road, Rotherfield, Sussex, England.¹

     Mary Helen Alma Graham was born on 11 April 1909. She is the daughter of James Graham, 6th Duke of Montrose and Lady Mary Louise Douglas-Hamilton. She married Major John Perceval Townshend Boscawen, son of Townshend Evelyn Boscawen and Mary Sophia Smith-Dorrien-Smith, on 21 April 1931.
     Her married name became Boscawen.

     Jean Sibyl Violet Graham was born on 7 November 1920. She is the daughter of James Graham, 6th Duke of Montrose and Lady Mary Louise Douglas-Hamilton. She married Colonel John Patrick Ilbert fforde, son of Major Charles Annesley Wilbraham Ford, on 8 October 1947. She and Colonel John Patrick Ilbert fforde were divorced in 1957.
     Her married name became fforde.

     Major John Perceval Townshend Boscawen was born on 14 February 1906. He is the son of Townshend Evelyn Boscawen and Mary Sophia Smith-Dorrien-Smith. He married Mary Helen Alma Graham, daughter of James Graham, 6th Duke of Montrose and Lady Mary Louise Douglas-Hamilton, on 21 April 1931.

     Townshend Evelyn Boscawen was born on 10 December 1864. He was the son of Reverend John Townshend Boscawen and Mary Tremayne. He married Mary Sophia Smith-Dorrien-Smith, daughter of Thomas Algernon Smith-Dorrien-Smith and Edith Anna Maria Tower, on 3 July 1902. He died on 16 September 1936 at age 71.

     Mary Sophia Smith-Dorrien-Smith was born on 9 November 1877 at Buckinghamshire, England.² She was the daughter of Thomas Algernon Smith-Dorrien-Smith and Edith Anna Maria Tower.² She married Townshend Evelyn Boscawen, son of Reverend John Townshend Boscawen and Mary Tremayne, on 3 July 1902. She died on 22 December 1948 at age 71.
     Her married name became Boscawen.

     Thomas Algernon Smith-Dorrien-Smith was born on 7 February 1846 at Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, England.² He was the son of Robert Algernon Smith-Dorrien and Mary Ann Drever.² He married Edith Anna Maria Tower, daughter of Christopher Theron Tower and Lady Sophia Frances Cust, on 8 April 1875.² He died in 1892.²
     Thomas Algernon Smith-Dorrien-Smith was baptised with the name of Thomas Algernon Smith-Dorrien.³ On 1872 his name was legally changed to Thomas Algernon Smith-Dorrien-Smith by Royal Licence.³ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.).¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.).¹ He lived at Tresco Abbey, Scilly Isles, England.¹

     Reverend John Townshend Boscawen was born on 30 October 1820. He was the son of Rev. Hon. John Evelyn Boscawen and Catherine Elizabeth Annesley. He married Mary Tremayne, daughter of John Hearle Tremayne, on 13 February 1851. He died on 7 July 1889 at age 68.
