     Major Thomas Colin Ernest Campbell-Preston was born circa 1919.² He was the son of Colonel Robert William Pigott Clarke Campbell-Preston of Ardchattan.¹ He married Margaret Christina Graham, daughter of Captain Lord Alastair Mungo Graham and Lady Meriel Olivia Bathurst, on 18 June 1960.¹ He died in March 1999.²

     Karl Johann Wilhelm Prinz zu Hohenlohe-Langenburg was born on 29 August 1777 at Leeuwarden, The Netherlands.¹ He was the son of Friedrich Ernst Prinz zu Hohenlohe-Langenburg and Magdalena Zwier van Herren.¹ He married Friederike Landgräfin zu Fürstenberg, daughter of Friedrich Landgraf zu Tykowitz, on 15 January 1816 at Brünn, Germany.¹ He died on 26 June 1866 at age 88 at Brünn, Germany.¹

     Friederike Landgräfin zu Fürstenberg was born on 27 July 1781 at Wels, Ober-Osterreich, Austria.¹ She was the daughter of Friedrich Landgraf zu Tykowitz.¹ She married Karl Johann Wilhelm Prinz zu Hohenlohe-Langenburg, son of Friedrich Ernst Prinz zu Hohenlohe-Langenburg and Magdalena Zwier van Herren, on 15 January 1816 at Brünn, Germany.¹ She died on 11 July 1858 at age 76 at Brünn, Germany.¹

     Friedrich Landgraf zu Tykowitz gained the rank of Cavalry General.¹

     Colonel Robert William Pigott Clarke Campbell-Preston of Ardchattan held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.).² He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.).² He lived at Ardhatten Priory, Connel, Argyllshire, Scotland.¹
