     Lord Ralph William Francis Joseph Kerr was born on 7 November 1957.2 He is the son of Peter Francis Walter Kerr, 12th Marquess of Lothian and Loris Antonella Thomasa Newland.1,2 He married, firstly, Lady Virginia Mary Elizabeth FitzRoy, daughter of Hugh Denis Charles FitzRoy, 11th Duke of Grafton and Ann Fortune Smith, on 6 September 1980.1 He and Lady Virginia Mary Elizabeth FitzRoy were divorced in 1987.1 He married, secondly, Marie-Claire Black, daughter of Michael Donald Gordon Black and Priscilla Holt, in 1988.2
     He was educated at Ampleforth College, Ampleforth, Yorkshire, EnglandG.2 He was admitted to the Royal Company of Archers.2 He lived in 2003 at Melbourne Hall, Derby, Derbyshire, EnglandG.2

     Major Colin Dalzell Mackenzie is the son of Lt.-Col. Douglas William Alexander Dalziel Mackenzie and Patience Elizabeth Hoare.1 He married Lady Anne Mildred Ismay FitzRoy, daughter of Charles Alfred Euston FitzRoy, 10th Duke of Grafton and Lady Doreen Maria Josepha Sydney Buxton, on 19 April 1947.1
