     Fabia Roman is the daughter of Santiago Federico San Roman.1 She married Ramon Peres y Abril on 30 September 1851.1 She married Henry Edward John Stanley, 3rd Baron Stanley of Alderley, son of Edward John Stanley, 2nd Baron Stanley of Alderley and Hon. Henrietta Maria Dillon-Lee, on 6 November 1869 at St. George Hanover Square Registry Office, London, England, in a bigamous marriage.1 She married Henry Edward John Stanley, 3rd Baron Stanley of Alderley, son of Edward John Stanley, 2nd Baron Stanley of Alderley and Hon. Henrietta Maria Dillon-Lee, in 1862 in a Islamic ceremony but bigamous marriage.1 She married Henry Edward John Stanley, 3rd Baron Stanley of Alderley, son of Edward John Stanley, 2nd Baron Stanley of Alderley and Hon. Henrietta Maria Dillon-Lee, on 15 May 1874 at Roman Catholic Church of St. Alban, Macclesfield, Cheshire, England, in a still bigamous marriage.1
     She was also known as Serafina Fernandez y Funes.1 She lived at Alcandete, Jaen, Spain.1 From 6 November 1869, her married name became Stanley.1

     Reginald Evelyn Welby-Pelham was born on 29 November 1883.2 He was the son of Hon. Evelyn Cornwallis Anderson-Pelham and Harriet Frances Hutton.1,2 He married, firstly, Diana Marian Lee, daughter of William Frederick Lee, on 21 November 1921.2 He married, secondly, Sylvia Augusta Starkey, daughter of Captain Sir John Ralph Starkey, 1st Bt. and Emily Seely, on 22 November 1951.1 He died on 19 March 1965 at age 81, without issue.1
     He was given the name of Reginald Evelyn Anderson-Pelham at birth.2 He was educated at Haileybury College, Haileybury, Hertfordshire, England.2 He fought in the First World War, in East Africa.2 He was with the Colonial Service between 1916 and 1931.2 His name was legally changed to Reginald Evelyn Pelham by Deed Poll.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Bedfordshire.2 In September 1960 his name was legally changed to Reginald Evelyn Welby-Pelham by Royal Licence.2

Maria Adelaide Maude.2 He married Harriet Frances Hutton, daughter of Reverend George Hutton, on 24 October 1872.2 He died on 6 March 1908 at age 56.2
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Lincolnshire.2 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Hampshire.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Hampshire.2 He had two other daughters.2
