     David Ross of Bladensburg was born in 1804.2 He was born in 1804 at Rostrevor, County Down, Ireland.3 He was the son of General Robert Ross and Elizabeth Catherine Glasscock.3,4 He married, firstly, Mary Anne Sarah Delap, daughter of William Drummond Dunlop Delap, in 1838.2 He married, secondly, Hon. Harriet Margaretta Skeffington, daughter of Thomas Henry Skeffington, 2nd Viscount Ferrard and Harriet Skeffington, Viscountess Massereene, on 9 December 1843.1 He died on 5 November 1866.1
     He lived at Rostrevor, County Down, Ireland.1

Anna Elizabeth Skeffington was born in 1817.2 She was the daughter of Thomas Henry Skeffington, 2nd Viscount Ferrard and Harriet Skeffington, Viscountess Massereene.1 She married Robert Foster Delap, son of William Drummond Dunlop Delap and Catherine Foster, on 15 March 1836.1 She died on 1 June 1901.1
     From 15 March 1836, her married name became Dunlop.1

     Robert Foster Delap was born in 1809.2 He was the son of William Drummond Dunlop Delap and Catherine Foster.2 He married Hon. Anna Elizabeth Skeffington, daughter of Thomas Henry Skeffington, 2nd Viscount Ferrard and Harriet Skeffington, Viscountess Massereene, on 15 March 1836.1 He died on 11 November 1875.1
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1 He was also known as Robert Foster Dunlop.3 He lived at Monasterboice, County Louth, IrelandG.3

Sydney William Skeffington was born on 30 May 1849.1 He was the son of John Skeffington, 10th Viscount Massereene and Olivia Deane Grady.1 He married Clementina Isabella Margaret Dennistoun, daughter of Archibald Campbell Dennistoun of that Ilk, on 3 October 1872.1 He died on 6 February 1876 at age 26.1

     Her married name became Stepney.1 From 30 November 1868, her married name became Skeffington.1
