     Sir John Houstoun of that Ilk, 2nd Bt. was the son of Sir Patrick Houstoun of that Ilk, 1st Bt. and Ana Hamilton.¹ He married Lady Anne Drummond, daughter of John Drummond, 1st Earl of Melfort and Sophia Maitland.¹ He died in December 1717.¹
     He gained the title of 2nd Baronet Houstoun.

     Lady Anne Drummond was born on 3 March 1671.¹ She was the daughter of John Drummond, 1st Earl of Melfort and Sophia Maitland.¹ She was baptised on 27 March 1671 at Largo, Fife, Scotland.² She married Sir John Houstoun of that Ilk, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Patrick Houstoun of that Ilk, 1st Bt. and Ana Hamilton.¹ She died in April 1738 at age 67.¹
     Her married name became Houstoun.¹

     Anne Houstoun is the daughter of Sir John Houstoun of that Ilk, 3rd Bt. and Margaret Shaw.¹

     Ana Hamilton was the daughter of John Hamilton, 1st Lord Bargany and Lady Jean Douglas.¹ She married Sir Patrick Houstoun of that Ilk, 1st Bt., son of Sir Ludovic Houstoun of Houstoun and Margaret Maxwell.¹ She died in April 1669.¹
     Her married name became Houstoun.¹

     Sir Ludovic Houstoun of Houstoun was the son of John Houstoun of Houstoun and Margaret Stirling.¹ He married Margaret Maxwell, daughter of Patrick Maxwell, 5th of Newark and Margaret Crawford.¹ He died in 1662.¹
     He lived at Houston, Renfrewshire, Scotland.¹

     Margaret Maxwell is the daughter of Patrick Maxwell, 5th of Newark and Margaret Crawford.¹ She married Sir Ludovic Houstoun of Houstoun, son of John Houstoun of Houstoun and Margaret Stirling.¹
     Her married name became Houston.¹

     Audrey Elizabeth Tweed was born in September 1899.¹ She was the daughter of Geraldine Fraser Irvine Howard.¹ She married Charles C. Prior, son of Charles Matthew Prior and Mary Alyson Blackett.¹ She died in 1984.¹
     Her married name became Prior.¹

     Jean Chisholm is the daughter of Reverend William Chisholm.¹ She married Sir James Stirling, 4th of Keir and 1st of Cawder, son of Sir John Stirling, 3rd of Keir and Margaret Forrester, in 1542.¹
     From 1542, her married name became Stirling.

     Reverend William Chisholm was born after 1487.² He is the son of Edmund Chisholm, 1st of Cromlix and Janet Drummond.² He married Lady Jean Graham, daughter of William Graham, 1st Earl of Montrose and Annabella Drummond.²
     He held the office of Bishop of Dunblane.¹

     Margaret Stirling is the daughter of Sir James Stirling, 4th of Keir and 1st of Cawder and Jean Chisholm.¹ She married John Houstoun of Houstoun, son of Sir Patrick Houstoun of Houstoun and Janet Cuninghame.¹
     Her married name became Houstoun.¹
