     Elizabeth Grey was the daughter of Hon. Sir George Grey, 1st Bt. and Mary Whitbread.1 She married Charles Noel, 1st Earl of Gainsborough, son of Sir Gerard Noel Noel, 2nd Bt. and Diana Middleton, Baroness Barham, on 13 May 1817.1 She died on 20 September 1818.1
     From 13 May 1817, her married name became Noel.
