     Mary Amelia Jervois was the daughter of Maj.-Gen. John Jervois.2 She married, firstly, Charles Carrington Hensley before 1913.1 She married, secondly, Commander Richard Clayton Carew, son of Robert Thomas Carew and Henrietta Browne-Clayton, on 10 June 1913.1 She died on 31 March 1948.1
     From before 1913, her married name became Hensley.1 From 10 June 1913, her married name became Carew.

Ponsonby May Lynn Carew1

     Ponsonby May Lynn Carew was born on 13 April 1865.1 He was the son of Robert Thomas Carew and Henrietta Browne-Clayton.2 He married, firstly, Jane Stacey, daughter of Reverend Cyril Stacey, on 9 June 1894.1 He married, secondly, Vida Hope Carmichael Story, daughter of Lt.-Col. Robert Story, on 6 January 1910.2 He married, thirdly, Rachel Gresson, daughter of Major William Henry Gresson, in February 1928.2 He died on 24 May 1934 at age 69.2
     He gained the rank of Major in the 20th Hussars and Royal Warwickshire Regiment.1

     She was with Queen Alexandra's Imperial Military Nursing Service during the Second World War.1 She was registered as a State Registered Nurse (S.R.N.)1

     Vida Hope Carmichael Story was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Robert Story.2 She married Ponsonby May Lynn Carew, son of Robert Thomas Carew and Henrietta Browne-Clayton, on 6 January 1910.1 She died on 19 June 1926.1
     From 6 January 1910, her married name became Carew.
