     Agnes Law was the daughter of Mungo Law and Janet Pilmore.2 She married George Makgill, son of John Makgill and Agnes Lindsay.1 She died circa November 1799.1 She was buried on 24 November 1799.1
     Her married name became Makgill.

George Makgill1

     George Makgill was born on 23 December 1812.1 He was the son of John Makgill of Kemback and Eliza Dalgleish.2 He married Harriet Strettell, daughter of Amos Strettell and Harriet Eliza Utterson, on 20 November 1833.1 He died on 21 September 1878 at age 65.1
     He succeeded as the 9th Viscount of Oxfuird [S., 1651] on 3 May 1817, de jure.1 He succeeded as the 9th Baronet Makgill [N.S., 1627] on 3 May 1817, de jure.1 He succeeded as the 9th Lord Makgill of Cousland [S., 1651] on 3 May 1817, de jure.1 He also had two daughters, who all died unmarried.1
