     Edward D'Alton Morres was born on 3 February 1782.1 He was the son of Reverend Reymond Morres and Mary Eyre D'Alton.2 He married Mary Anne Peat, daughter of John Peat, on 7 April 1802.1 He died on 28 November 1843 at age 61.1
     Edward D'Alton Morres gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the Royal Navy.1
