Charles Ashe à Court Repington was born on 17 June 1785.1 He was the son of Colonel Sir William Pierce Ashe à Court, 1st Bt. and Lætitia Wyndham.2 He married Mary Elizabeth Catherine Gibbs, daughter of Abraham Gibbs and Mary Elizabeth Douglas, on 10 May 1815.1 He died on 19 April 1861 at age 75.1
