     Thomas Gage, 1st Viscount Gage was the son of Joseph Gage and Elizabeth Penruddock. He married Benedicta Maria Theresa Hall in 1717. He married Jane Godfrey on 26 December 1750.
     Thomas Gage, 1st Viscount Gage gained the title of 1st Viscount Gage.

     From 20 October 1825, her married name became Hodgetts-Foley.
