Catherine Lee was the daughter of Sir Robert Lee and Anne Lowe. She married Francis Seymour, 1st Baron Seymour of Trowbridge, son of Edward Seymour, Lord Beauchamp and Honora Rogers, in 1635. She died in 1700/1. She was buried on 5 March 1700/1.

Charles Seymour, 2nd Baron Seymour of Trowbridge was born circa 1621.1 He was the son of Francis Seymour, 1st Baron Seymour of Trowbridge and Frances Prinne.2 He married Hon. Elizabeth Alington, daughter of William Alington, 1st Baron Alington of Killard and Elizabeth Tollemache, in 1654. He died on 25 August 1665.3
He gained the title of 2nd Baron Seymour of Trowbridge.
