     Edward Thomas Foley was born on 21 December 1791. He was the son of Hon. Edward Foley and Eliza Maria Foley Hodgetts. He married Lady Emily Graham, daughter of James Graham, 3rd Duke of Montrose and Caroline Maria Montagu, on 16 August 1832. He died on 30 March 1846 at age 54.
     Edward Thomas Foley lived at Stoke Edith, Herefordshire, England.
