     Lieutenant Victor St. George de la Rue was born on 20 August 1918.1 He was the son of Sir Evelyn Andros de la Rue, 2nd Bt. and Mary Violet Francklin.2 He died in April 1943 at age 24 at BurmaG, killed in action.2
     He gained the rank of Second World War.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 60th Rifles.1

     Lt.-Gen. Henry Sydney, 1st and last Earl of Romney was born in 1641.1 He was the son of Robert Sydney, 2nd Earl of Leicester and Lady Dorothy Percy.1 He died on 8 April 1704, unmarried.1
     He held the office of Envoy to France in 1672.1 He held the office of Master of the Robes between 1675 and 1678.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Whig) for Bramber between 1679 and 1681.1 He was General of the English regiments fighting on behalf of Holland between 1681 and 1685.1 He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of Kent between 1689 and 1692.1 He held the office of Gentleman of the Bedchamber between 1689 and 1700.1 He held the office of Vice-Admiral of Kent between 1689 and 1702.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Tamworth between January 1689 and April 1689.1 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) in February 1688/89.1 He was created 1st Viscount Sydney of Shepey, co. Kent [England] on 9 April 1689.1 He was created 1st Baron Milton, co.      Mona Ruth de la Rue was the daughter of Sir Evelyn Andros de la Rue, 2nd Bt. and Mary Violet Francklin.2 She married Edward Copleston Radcliffe, son of Pollexfen Clomore Copleston Radcliffe, on 11 April 1935.1 She died on 2 May 1974.1
     From 11 April 1935, her married name became Radcliffe.
