     Hon. Robert Boyle-Walsingham was born in 1736. He was the son of Henry Boyle, 1st Earl of Shannon and Lady Henrietta Boyle. He married Charlotte Hanbury-Williams, daughter of Sir Charles Hanbury-Williams and Lady Frances Coningsby, in 1759.3 He died in 1780.
     Hon. Robert Boyle-Walsingham was also known as Robert Boyle Walsingham.4,3 He was baptised with the name of Robert Boyle.1
