     Neil Patrick Moncrieff Elles was the son of Edmund Hardie Elles and Ina Katharine Hilda Skene.^1,2 He married Diana Louie Newcombe, Baroness Elles, daughter of Colonel Stewart Francis Newcombe and Elisabeth Chaki, in 1945.¹ He died on 29 June 2008.³
