     Edmund Butler, 11th Viscount Mountgarret was born on 14 July 1745.³ He was the son of Edmund Butler, 10th Viscount Mountgarret and Charlotte Bradstreet.⁴ He married Lady Henrietta Butler, daughter of Somerset Hamilton Butler, 1st Earl of Carrick and Lady Juliana Boyle, in October 1768.¹ He died on 16 July 1793 at age 48.³
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Kilkenny between 1776 and 1779.⁴ He succeeded as the 11th Viscount Mountgarret, co. Wexford [I., 1550] on 9 February 1779.⁴

     Edward Collett Shoppee was born on 4 March 1845 at London, England^G.¹ He was the son of Peter Shoppee and Sarah Howson Richardson.¹ He married, firstly, Mary Elizabeth White, daughter of Darius James White and Mary Anne Bolton.¹ He married, secondly, Adeline Mary Marler.¹ He died on 15 September 1920 at age 75 at Cliftonville, Kent, England^G.¹

     Mary Elizabeth White was born on 2 September 1844 at Edmonton, London, England^G.¹ She was the daughter of Darius James White and Mary Anne Bolton.¹ She married Edward Collett Shoppee, son of Peter Shoppee and Sarah Howson Richardson.¹ She died on 6 May 1903 at age 58 at London, England^G.¹
     Her married name became Shoppee.¹

     Kathleen Florence Remington was born in 1900 at Chelmsford, Essex, England^G.¹ She was the daughter of Ernest Alfred Roger Remington and Edyth Cross.¹ She died in 1975 at Tunbridge Wells, Kent, England^G.¹

     Gladys Evelyn Remington was born on 31 August 1904 at Chelmsford, Essex, England^G.¹ She was the daughter of Ernest Alfred Roger Remington and Edyth Cross.¹ She married Alfred Francis Cripps, son of Alfred William Redgrave Cripps and Frances Sophia Kimpton, in 1939 at Maldon, Essex, England^G.¹ She died on 2 November 1974 at age 70 at Maldon, Essex, England^G.¹
     From 1939, her married name became Cripps.¹
