     Major Hector Barnard Vaughan-Arbuckle is the son of Captain Bertram Vaughan-Arbuckle.2 He married Mary Madeleine Sophie Frances Chevers, daughter of Major John Joseph Chevers and Frederica Sophia Elizabeth Mary Lewis.1
      He had one son.3 He gained the rank of Major in the service of the Royal Army Service Corps.1
