     Margaret Hamilton is the daughter of James Hamilton.¹ She married Thomas Butler, 6th Viscount Ikerrin, son of James Butler, 3rd Viscount Ikerrin and Eleanor Redman, on 6 July 1713.¹
     After her marriage, Margaret Hamilton was styled as Viscountess Ikerrin on 6 July 1713. From 6 July 1713, her married name became Butler.

     James Butler, 7th Viscount Ikerrin was born in 1714.¹ He was the son of Thomas Butler, 6th Viscount Ikerrin and Margaret Hamilton.² He died on 20 October 1721.¹
     He succeeded as the 7th Viscount Ikerrin, co. Tipperary [I., 1629] on 7 March 1719/20.¹

     Marjorie Lily Williams was born on 21 August 1921 at Upper Parkstone, Dorset, England^G.¹ She married Captain David Richard Clarke, son of Richard James Clarke and Violet Sharman Gicquel. She died on 31 August 2004 at age 83 at Launceston, Tasmania, Australia.¹
     Her married name became Clarke. She was a Marine Wren during the Second World War.¹

     James Boyle was born in 1778 at Blackburn, Lancashire, England^G.¹ He was the son of Hugh Boyle and Ann Hindle.¹ He married, firstly, Olive Platt, daughter of James Platt and Betty Horrocks.¹ He married, secondly, Sarah Wiggins.¹ He died in 1821.¹

     Olive Platt was born on 23 September 1779.¹ She was the daughter of James Platt and Betty Horrocks.¹ She married James Boyle, son of Hugh Boyle and Ann Hindle.¹ She died in 1811.¹
     Her married name became Boyle.¹

     Hugh Boyle was born in 1730.¹ He married Ann Hindle, daughter of Christopher Hindle and Ellen Walmsley, in 1777 at Blackburn, Lancashire, England^G.¹

     Hon. Pierce Butler-Cooper was born on 15 August 1750.¹ He was the son of Somerset Hamilton Butler, 1st Earl of Carrick and Lady Juliana Boyle.² He married Catherine Rothe, daughter of Richard Rothe, on 27 December 1774.¹ He died on 5 May 1826 at age 75, without issue.¹
     He was given the name of Pierce Butler at birth.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.)¹

     Richard Rothe lived at Butler's Grove, County Kilkenny, Ireland^G.¹

     Catherine Rothe was the daughter of Richard Rothe.² She married Hon. Pierce Butler-Cooper, son of Somerset Hamilton Butler, 1st Earl of Carrick and Lady Juliana Boyle, on 27 December 1774.¹ She died on 20 February 1833.¹
     From 27 December 1774, her married name became Butler.

     Lady Henrietta Butler was born on 15 August 1750.² She was the daughter of Somerset Hamilton Butler, 1st Earl of Carrick and Lady Juliana Boyle.² She married Edmund Butler, 11th Viscount Mountgarret, son of Edmund Butler, 10th Viscount Mountgarret and Charlotte Bradstreet, in October 1768.¹ She died on 16 June 1785 at age 34.²
     After her marriage, Lady Henrietta Butler was styled as Viscountess Mountgarret on 9 February 1779.
