George Lynedoch Carmichael and Eva Saunders, on 29 February 1908.¹ She died on 2 September 1963 at age 77.¹

     Jean Frances Caroline Alicia Dorothea Grant Carmichael was born on 24 January 1924.¹ She was the daughter of Evelyn George Massey Carmichael of Carmichael and Dorothea Helen Mary Elizabeth Sutherland Colquhoun.² She married Lt.-Col. Douglas Gordon Pirie, son of Lt.-Col. Duncan Vernon Pirie and Hon. Evelyn Courtenay Forbes-Sempill, on 24 September 1954.² She died on 19 August 2017 at age 93.³
     From 24 September 1954, her married name became Pirie.

     Lt.-Col. Duncan Vernon Pirie was the son of Gordon Pirie.² He married Hon. Evelyn Courtenay Forbes-Sempill, daughter of Sir William Forbes-Sempill, 17th Lord Sempill and Frances Emily Abercromby, on 7 June 1894.² He died on 11 January 1931.²
