     Thomas Buchan, 13th of Auchmacoy was born in 1746.¹ He was the son of Thomas Buchan, 12th of Auchmacoy and Nicola Buchan.¹ He married Euphemia Turner, daughter of Robert Turner, 2nd of Menie, in 1796.¹ He died on 12 August 1819.¹
     He was a practising Advocate on 13 February 1770.¹

     Rt. Rev. Alan Beecher Webb held the office of Dean of Salisbury.¹ He graduated with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.)¹ He held the office of Bishop of Grahamstown, South Africa.¹

     Euphemia Turner is the daughter of Robert Turner, 2nd of Menie.¹ She married Thomas Buchan, 13th of Auchmacoy, son of Thomas Buchan, 12th of Auchmacoy and Nicola Buchan, in 1796.¹
     From 1796, her married name became Buchan.¹

     Admiral Sir James Elphinstone Erskine was born on 2 December 1838.¹ He was the son of James Erskine and Mary Eliza Fagan.² He married Margaret Eliza Constable, daughter of Reverend John Constable, on 21 May 1885.¹ He died on 25 July 1911 at age 72.¹
     He gained the rank of Admiral of the Fleet.² He held the office of Lord of the Admiralty in 1886.² He held the office of First and Principal Naval Aide-de-Camp to HM Queen Victoria.¹ He was Commander-in-Chief of the North American Station between 1895 and 1897.² He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹ He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.)¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)¹ He lived at Venlaw, Peebles-shire, Scotland^G.¹

     Reverend John Constable was the Rector at Marston Bigott, Somerset, England^G.¹

     Margaret Eliza Constable was the daughter of Reverend John Constable.² She married Admiral Sir James Elphinstone Erskine, son of James Erskine and Mary Eliza Fagan, on 21 May 1885.¹ She died on 5 April 1939.¹
     From 21 May 1885, her married name became Erskine.

     Commander David Victor Fairfax Erskine was born on 4 March 1886.¹ He was the son of Admiral Sir James Elphinstone Erskine and Margaret Eliza Constable.² He married Mabel Dorothy Webb on 26 October 1915.¹
     He gained the rank of Commander in the Royal Navy.¹

     Mabel Dorothy Webb married Commander David Victor Fairfax Erskine, son of Admiral Sir James Elphinstone Erskine and Margaret Eliza Constable, on 26 October 1915.¹ She died on 10 February 1959, without issue.²
     Mabel Dorothy Webb usually went by her middle name of Dorothy.² From 26 October 1915, her married name became Erskine.

     Izme Veronica Doreen Erskine was born on 16 June 1890.¹ She was the daughter of Admiral Sir James Elphinstone Erskine and Margaret Eliza Constable.² She died on 17 November 1935 at age 45, unmarried.¹

     Admiral John Elphinstone Erskine was born on 13 July 1806.¹ He was the son of David Erskine and Hon. Keith Elphinstone.² He died on 28 June 1887 at age 80, unmarried.¹
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Stirling between 1865 and 1874.¹ He gained the rank of Admiral.¹
