Euphemia Buchan was born on 27 December 1798.1 She was the daughter of Thomas Buchan, 13th of Auchmacoy and Euphemia Turner.1 She married Lt.-Col. John Sutherland Sinclair, son of George Sinclair and Elizabeth Sutherland, on 13 October 1824.1 She died on 19 December 1872 at age 73.1
