     Elizabeth Urquhart is the daughter of Patrick Urquhart, 18th of Meldrum and Lady Margaret Ogilvy.1 She married, secondly, Maj.-Gen. Thomas Buchan, son of James Buchan, 8th of Auchmacoy and Margaret Seton.1 She married, firstly, Sir George Gordon, 9th of Gight.1
     Her married name became Gordon.1 Her married name became Buchan.1

     Colonel John Buchan, 1st of Cairnbulg was the son of James Buchan, 8th of Auchmacoy and Margaret Seton.1 He died before November 1724.1
     Colonel John Buchan, 1st of Cairnbulg gained the rank of Colonel in the service of the Williamite Army.1
     He had two other sons, both of whom died without issue.1

     Thomas Buchan, 2nd of Cairnbulg was born in 1680.1 He was the son of Colonel John Buchan, 1st of Cairnbulg.1 He married, secondly, Hon. Mary Elphinstone, daughter of John Elphinstone, 8th Lord Elphinstone and Isabel Maitland.1 He married, firstly, Hon. Grizel Hamilton, daughter of William Hamilton, 3rd Lord Bargeny, on 15 February 1713.1 He died on 9 September 1761.1
     Thomas Buchan, 2nd of Cairnbulg was a practising advocate on 21 February 1705.1
     He had two other daughters by his first wife.1

     Thomas Buchan, 12th of Auchmacoy is the son of Major James Buchan, 11th of Auchmacoy and Mary Forbes.1 He married Nicola Buchan, daughter of Thomas Buchan, 2nd of Cairnbulg and Hon. Grizel Hamilton.1
