     George Macaulay Booth was born on 22 September 1877 at London, EnglandG.1,2 He was the son of Rt. Hon. Charles Booth and Mary Catherine Macaulay.1 He married Margaret Meinertzhagen, daughter of Daniel Meinertzhagen and Georgina Potter, on 6 October 1906.1 He died on 10 March 1971 at age 93.1
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, EnglandG.1 He lived in 1891 at Belton, Leicestershire, EnglandG.3,4 He was awarded the Chevalier, Ordre national de la Légion d'honneur.1 He was a director of the Bank of England.1 He held the office of Lieutenant of the City of London.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of London in 1936.1 He lived at Funtington Lodge, Chichester, Sussex, EnglandG.

     Mary Diana Gunning-Sutton was the daughter of Captain Orlando George Gunning-Sutton and Mary Dorothea Seymour.2,3 She married Henry George Liddell, 2nd Earl of Ravensworth, son of Henry Thomas Liddell, 1st Earl of Ravensworth and Isabella Horatia Seymour, on 8 December 1852.2 She died on 8 December 1890.1
     Her married name became Liddell. After her marriage, Mary Diana Gunning-Sutton was styled as Countess of Ravensworth on 19 March 1878.

     After her marriage, Julia Charlotte Cradock-Hartopp was styled as Countess of Shannon on 14 January 1868. From 14 January 1868, her married name became Boyle.

     Edward St. Vincent Digby, 9th Baron Digby was born on 21 June 1809.2 He was the son of Admiral Sir Henry Digby and Lady Jane Elizabeth Coke.1 He married Lady Theresa Anna Maria Fox-Strangways, daughter of Henry Stephen Fox-Strangways, 3rd Earl of Ilchester and Caroline Leonora Murray, on 20 June 1837.2 He died on 16 October 1889 at age 80.
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 9th Lancers.2 He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Digby, of Sherborne, co. Dorset [G.B., 1765] on 12 May 1856.2 He succeeded as the 9th Baron Digby, of Geashill, King's County [I., 1620] on 12 May 1856.2
