     Colonel George Fletcher Ottley Boughey was born on 23 January 1844.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. George Fenton Fletcher Boughey and Matilda Elwin Ottley.1 He married Harriet Rose Amy Stuart-Menteth, daughter of Colonel William Stuart-Menteth, on 2 April 1872.1 He died on 17 January 1918 at age 73.1
     He fought in the Bhutan Expedition between 1865 and 1866.1 He fought in the Second Afghan War between 1878 and 1880.1 He gained the rank of Colonel in the Royal Engineers.1 He was appointed Companion, Order of the Star of India (C.S.I.)1

     From 2 April 1872, her married name became Boughey.1

     Charles William Mills, 2nd Baron Hillingdon was born on 26 January 1855.1 He was the son of Charles Henry Mills, 1st Baron Hillingdon and Lady Louisa Isabella Lascelles.1 He married Hon. Alice Marion Harbord, daughter of Charles Harbord, 5th Baron Suffield and Cecilia Annetta Baring, on 15 April 1886.2 He died on 6 April 1919 at age 64 at Vernon House, London, EnglandG, from bronchial pneumonia.1
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for KEnt, Sevenoaks Division between 1885 and 1892.3 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Kent.3 He was a partner of Glyn, Mills and Co.3 He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Hillingdon, of Camelford House, Park Lane, in the co. of Middlesex, and of Wildernesse, Kent [U.K., 1886] on 3 April 1898.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Mills [U.K., 1868] on 3 April 1898.

Alice Marion Harbord was born on 23 June 1857.2 She was the daughter of Charles Harbord, 5th Baron Suffield and Cecilia Annetta Baring.1 She married Charles William Mills, 2nd Baron Hillingdon, son of Charles Henry Mills, 1st Baron Hillingdon and Lady Louisa Isabella Lascelles, on 15 April 1886.2 She died on 13 September 1940 at age 83.2
     From 15 April 1886, her married name became Mills.1 After her marriage, Hon. Alice Marion Harbord was styled as Baroness Hillingdon on 3 April 1898. She was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1920.2
