     Hon. George Weatherill Ottley held the office of Member of the Legislative Council (M.L.C.) [Antigua].¹

     Colonel George Fletcher Ottley Boughey was born on 23 January 1844.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. George Fenton Fletcher Boughey and Matilda Elwin Ottley.¹ He married Harriet Rose Amy Stuart-Menteth, daughter of Lt.-Col. William Stuart-Menteth, on 2 April 1872.¹ He died on 17 January 1918 at age 73.¹
     He fought in the Bhutan Expedition between 1865 and 1866.¹ He fought in the Second Afghan War between 1878 and 1880.¹ He gained the rank of Colonel in the service of the Royal Engineers.¹ He was invested as a Companion, Order of the Star of India (C.S.I.).¹

     Harriet Rose Amy Stuart-Menteth was the daughter of Lt.-Col. William Stuart-Menteth.¹ She married Colonel George Fletcher Ottley Boughey, son of Lt.-Col. George Fenton Fletcher Boughey and Matilda Elwin Ottley, on 2 April 1872.¹ She died on 23 February 1925.¹
      From 2 April 1872, her married name became Boughey.¹

     Lt.-Col. William Stuart-Menteth is the son of Sir Charles Granville Stuart-Menteth of Closeburn, 1st Bt. and Ludivina Loughnan.²

     Amy Matilda Boughey was the daughter of Colonel George Fletcher Ottley Boughey and Harriet Rose Amy Stuart-Menteth.¹ She married William Arthur Briscoe on 27 July 1892.¹ She died on 20 January 1950.¹
      From 27 July 1892, her married name became Briscoe.¹

     William Arthur Briscoe married Amy Matilda Boughey, daughter of Colonel George Fletcher Ottley Boughey and Harriet Rose Amy Stuart-Menteth, on 27 July 1892.¹ He died on 3 February 1934.¹
     He lived at Longstowe Hall, Cambridgeshire, England.¹

     Elizabeth Mabws Boughey was the daughter of Colonel George Fletcher Ottley Boughey and Harriet Rose Amy Stuart-Menteth.¹ She married Lt.-Col. Duncan Darroch, 6th of Gourock, son of Duncan Darroch, 5th of Gourock and of Torridon and Ann Rickman, on 1 October 1898.¹ She died on 18 May 1958.¹
      From 1 October 1898, her married name became Darroch.¹

     Charles William Mills, 2nd Baron Hillingdon of Hillingdon was born on 26 January 1855.¹ He was the son of Charles Henry Mills, 1st Baron Hillingdon of Hillingdon and Lady Louisa Isabella Lascelles.¹ He married Hon. Alice Marion Harbord, daughter of Charles Harbord, 5th Baron Suffield and Cecilia Annetta Baring, on 15 April 1886.² He died on 6 April 1919 at age 64 at Vernon House, London, England, from bronchial pneumonia.¹
     He succeeded to the title of 2nd Baron Hillingdon of Hillingdon, co. Middlesex [U.K., 1886] on 3 April 1898.¹

     Hon. Alice Marion Harbord was born on 23 June 1857.² She was the daughter of Charles Harbord, 5th Baron Suffield and Cecilia Annetta Baring.¹ She married Charles William Mills, 2nd Baron Hillingdon of Hillingdon, son of Charles Henry Mills, 1st Baron Hillingdon of Hillingdon and Lady Louisa Isabella Lascelles, on 15 April 1886.² She died on 13 September 1940 at age 83.²
      From 15 April 1886, her married name became Mills.¹ She was Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1920.²

     Emily Cox was the daughter of Richard Henry Cox.¹ She died on 22 April 1884.¹
