     Colonel George Fletcher Ottley Boughey was born on 23 January 1844.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. George Fenton Fletcher Boughey and Matilda Elwin Ottley.1 He married Harriet Rose Amy Stuart-Menteth, daughter of Lt.-Col. William Stuart-Menteth, on 2 April 1872.1 He died on 17 January 1918 at age 73.1
     He fought in the Bhutan Expedition between 1865 and 1866.1 He fought in the Second Afghan War between 1878 and 1880.1 He gained the rank of Colonel in the service of the Royal Engineers.1 He was invested as a Companion, Order of the Star of India (C.S.I.).1

     Charles William Mills, 2nd Baron Hillingdon of Hillingdon was born on 26 January 1855.1 He was the son of Charles Henry Mills, 1st Baron Hillingdon of Hillingdon and Lady Louisa Isabella Lascelles.1 He married Hon. Alice Marion Harbord, daughter of Charles Harbord, 5th Baron Suffield and Cecilia Annetta Baring, on 15 April 1886.2 He died on 6 April 1919 at age 64 at Vernon House, London, England, from bronchial pneumonia.1
     He succeeded to the title of 2nd Baron Hillingdon of Hillingdon, co. Middlesex [U.K., 1886] on 3 April 1898.1

      From 15 April 1886, her married name became Mills.1 She was Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1920.2
