     Reverend Frederick John Norman was baptised on 10 January 1815 at Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, England.2 He was the son of Richard Norman and Lady Elizabeth Isabella Manners. He married Lady Adeliza Elizabeth Gertrude Manners, daughter of John Henry Manners, 5th Duke of Rutland and Lady Elizabeth Howard, on 22 February 1848.1 He died on 29 December 1888 at age 73.1
     He was the Rector at Bottesford, Leicestershire, EnglandG.1

     Hon. Charles Stuart-Wortley-Mackenzie was born on 3 June 1802.1 He was the son of James Archibald Stuart-Wortley-Mackenzie, 1st Baron Wharncliffe and Lady Caroline Elizabeth Mary Crichton.1 He married Lady Emmeline Charlotte Elizabeth Manners, daughter of John Henry Manners, 5th Duke of Rutland and Lady Elizabeth Howard, on 17 February 1831.2 He died on 22 May 1844 at age 41, as a result of a hunting accident suffered earlier in life.1
     In 1832 he was an observer at the French siege of Antwerp, which he wrote an account of.1

     Gilbert George Reginald Sackville, 8th Earl De La Warr was born on 22 March 1869.1 He was the son of Reginald Windsor Sackville, 7th Earl De La Warr and Hon. Constance Mary Elizabeth Cochrane-Wishart-Baillie.1 He married, firstly, Lady Muriel Agnes Brassey, daughter of Thomas Brassey, 1st Earl Brassey and Anna Allnutt, on 4 August 1891.2 He and Lady Muriel Agnes Brassey were divorced in 1902.2 He married, secondly, Hilda Mary Clavering Tredcroft, daughter of Colonel Charles Lennox Tredcroft and Elizabeth Anderson Scott, on 20 September 1903.3 He died on 16 December 1915 at age 46, while on active service.3
     He was given the name of Gilbert George Reginald Sackville-West at birth.3 He gained the rank of Major in the 2nd Cinque Ports Division, Royal Artillery.3 He succeeded as the 8th Earl De La Warr [G.B., 1761] on 5 January 1896.3 He succeeded as the 8th Viscount Cantelupe [G.B., 1761] on 5 January 1896.3 He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Buckhurst of Buckhurst, co. Sussex [U.K., 1864] on 5 January 1896.1 He succeeded as the 14th Baron Delaware [E., 1570] on 5 January 1896.3 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Sussex.3 He held the office of County Alderman for Sussex.3 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) for Sussex.3 He fought in the Boer War in 1900, where he was wounded.3 He held the office of Mayor of Bexhill between 1903 and 1904.3 He fought in the First World War in 1914.3 He gained the rank of Temporary Lieutenant in 1914 in the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve.3

     Lady Adeliza Matilda Howard was born on 14 August 1829.1 She was the daughter of Henry Charles Howard, 13th Duke of Norfolk and Lady Charlotte Sophia Leveson-Gower.2 She married Lord George John Manners, son of John Henry Manners, 5th Duke of Rutland and Lady Elizabeth Howard, on 4 October 1855.1 She died on 7 February 1904 at age 74.1
     Her married name became Manners.
