     Victoria Alexandrina Maria Louisa Stuart-Wortley-Mackenzie was the daughter of Hon. Charles James Stuart-Wortley-Mackenzie and Lady Emmeline Charlotte Elizabeth Manners.2 She married Sir William Earle Welby-Gregory, 4th Bt., son of Sir Glynne Earle Welby-Gregory, 3rd Bt. and Frances Cholmeley, on 4 July 1863.1 She died on 29 March 1912.1
     She held the office of Maid of Honour to HM Queen Victoria.1 From 4 July 1863, her married name became Welby-Gregory.

     Sir Oliver Charles Earle Welby, 6th Bt. was born on 26 January 1902.1 He was the son of Sir Charles Glynne Earle Welby, 5th Bt. and Lady Maria Louisa Helen Hervey.2 He married Barbara Angela Mary Lind Gregory, daughter of John Duncan Gregory, on 18 April 1927.1 He died on 6 October 1977 at age 75.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He gained the rank of Captain in 1931 in the Royal Artillery (Territorial Army.)1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Parts of Kesteven, Lincolnshire between 1931 and 1945.1 He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Welby, of Denton Manor, co. Lincoln [U.K., 1801] on 19 March 1938.1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Lincolnshire in 1953.1
