     Hon. Constance Mary Elizabeth Cochrane-Wishart-Baillie was born on 7 February 1846. She was the daughter of Alexander Dundas Ross Cochrane-Wishart-Baillie, 1st Baron Lamington and Annabella Mary Elizabeth Drummond.1 She married, firstly, Reginald Windsor Sackville, 7th Earl De La Warr, son of George John Sackville-West, 5th Earl De La Warr and Elizabeth Sackville-West, Baroness Buckhurst of Buckhurst, on 7 February 1867.1 She married, secondly, Reverend Paul Williams Wyatt on 12 July 1902.1 She died on 19 July 1929 at age 83.1
     From 7 February 1867, her married name became Sackville-West.1 After her marriage, Hon. Constance Mary Elizabeth Cochrane-Wishart-Baillie was styled as Countess De La Warr on 23 April 1873. From 12 July 1902, her married name became Wyatt.1

     Alexander Dundas Ross Cochrane-Wishart-Baillie, 1st Baron Lamington was born on 24 November 1816.1 He was the son of Admiral Sir Thomas John Cochrane and Matilda Lockhart-Ross.1 He married Annabella Mary Elizabeth Drummond, daughter of Andrew Robert Drummond and Lady Elizabeth Frederica Manners, on 4 December 1844.2 He died on 15 February 1890 at age 73.2
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Bridport between 1841 and 1852.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Lanarkshire in 1857.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Honiton between 1859 and 1868.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for the Isle of Wight between 1870 and 1880.2 He was created 1st Baron Lamington, of Lamington, co. Lanark [U.K.] on 3 May 1880.2
