Sir George Cranfield Berkeley and Lady Emilia Charlotte Lennox, on 20 June 1812 at Lisbon, Portugal.1 He died on 26 March 1863 at age 73 at Wakefield Lodge, Potterspury, Northamptonshire, England.1

She was the daughter of Francis Baring, 3rd Baron Ashburton and Hortense Eugenie Claire Maret.1 She married William Henry Fitzroy, 6th Duke of Grafton, son of Henry FitzRoy, 5th Duke of Grafton and Mary Caroline Berkeley, on 10 February 1858 at London, England.1 She died on 8 April 1928, without issue.1
      From 10 February 1858, her married name became FitzRoy. As a result of her marriage, Hon. Marie Anne Louise Baring was styled as Duchess of Grafton on 26 March 1863.
