She married Friedrich Ernst Graf zu Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg, son of Ludwig Joseph Graf zu Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg and Pauline Gräfin von Degenfeld-Schonburg, in 1888 at Schloss Roth, Germany. She died on 6 February 1919 at age 66 at Bad Homburg von der Höhe, Germany.
     Emilie Gräfin zu Erbach-Erbach gained the title of Gräfin zu Erbach-Erbach.

     Harriette Caroline Adeline Maconchy was the daughter of John Steuart Maconchy.1 She married Lt.-Col. Edward Ward, son of William Robert Ward and Arabella Ward, on 20 February 1900.1 She died on 14 March 1937.1
     Harriette Caroline Adeline Maconchy also went by the nick-name of Etta.1 From 20 February 1900, her married name became Ward.1
