Hugh Rowlands Gough, son of Reverend Charles Massey Gough, on 17 April 1929.1 She died on 2 September 2001 at age 93 at London, England.2
     Her married name became Gough.

     Lucy Gough was born on 14 September 1931.2 She was the daughter of Most Rev. Hugh Rowlands Gough and Hon. Madeline Elizabeth Kinnaird.1,2 She married, firstly, Harold Mervyn Temple Richards, son of Brigadier Harold Temple Richards and Dorothea Lora Mary Temple, on 17 December 1959.2 She married, secondly, John Hamilton Hussey Vivian, 4th Baron Swansea of Singleton, son of Odo Richard Vivian, 3rd Baron Swansea of Singleton and Hon. Winifred Hamilton, on 2 December 1982.1 She died on 9 October 2022 at age 91.3
     Her married name became Temple Richards. After her marriage, Lucy Gough was styled as Baroness Swansea of Singleton on 2 December 1982. From 2 December 1982, her married name became Vivian.

     Brigadier Harold Temple Richards was the son of Captain John Cummins Richards.2 He married Dorothea Lora Mary Temple, daughter of Lt.-Col. Henry Martindale Temple and Florence Elizabeth Karslake, on 15 January 1919.3 He died on 2 January 1969.3
     He graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)3 He was registered as a Member, Institute of Civil Engineers (M.Inst.C.E.)3 He was registered as a Member, Institution of Mechanical Engineers (M.I.Mech.E.)3 He gained the rank of Brigadier in the Royal Marines.3 He was registered as a Chartered Engineer (C.E.)3
