     Sir Richard Carnac Temple, 2nd Bt. was born on 15 October 1850.1 He was the son of Rt. Hon. Sir Richard Temple, 1st Bt. and Charlotte Frances Martindale.2 He married Agnes Fanny Searle, daughter of Maj.-Gen. George Archimedes Searle, on 18 March 1880.1 He died on 3 March 1931 at age 80.1
