     William Lee Plunket, 5th Baron Plunket of Newton was born on 19 December 1864. He was the son of Most Rev. William Conyngham Plunket, 4th Baron Plunket of Newton.¹ He married Lady Victoria Alexandrina Hamilton-Temple-Blackwood, daughter of Frederick Temple Hamilton-Temple-Blackwood, 1st Marquess of Dufferin and Ava and Hariot Georgina Rowan-Hamilton, on 4 June 1894.² He died on 24 January 1920 at age 55.
     He gained the title of 5th Baron Plunket of Newton.

     Terence Conyngham Plunket, 6th Baron Plunket of Newton was born on 12 July 1899. He was the son of William Lee Plunket, 5th Baron Plunket of Newton and Lady Victoria Alexandrina Hamilton-Temple-Blackwood. He married Dorothy Mabel Lewis, daughter of Joseph Lewis and Fanny Ward, on 4 December 1922. He died on 24 February 1938 at age 38 at California, U.S.A., killed, along with his wife, in a plane accident.
     He gained the title of 6th Baron Plunket of Newton.
