Frederick Hoyer Millar, 1st Baron Inchyra was born on 6 June 1900.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. Robert Hoyer Millar and Alice Ann Combe Simson.2 He married Anna Judith Elizabeth van Swinderen, daughter of Jonkheer Reneke de Marees van Swinderen and Elizabeth Lindsay Glover, on 15 April 1931.1 He died in 1989.
